VIA Rail Canada is an independent Crown corporation set up in 1978. VIA operates trains in all regions of Canada over a network spanning the country from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and from the Great Lakes to Hudson Bay.
Dream Catcher Express (Ontario Northland)

MMA - The Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway
The Montreal, Maine and Atlantic began operation in January of 2003 and owns over 745 route miles of track, serving customers in Maine, Vermont, Quebec and New Brunswick. The MMA operates approximately 25 trains daily with main line operations conducted daily between Madawaska and Searsport, Maine, and between Brownville Junction, Maine and Montreal, Quebec. The MMA as it is known today, served the region as the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad for 111 years.
Polar Bear Express (Ontario Northland)
Excursion train: Your journey aboard Ontario Northland’s Polar Bear Express will take you from Cochrane Ontario to the communities of Moosonee and Moose Factory, located on the edge of the Arctic. Over the course of your 186 mile, four and a half hour journey on the rails, you’ll travel through some of the most intriguing and culturally significant areas in Ontario.
West Coast Express
Providing service to the communities of the Northeast sector, West Coast Express is Vancouver's efficient commuter rail service. We operate Monday to Friday during peak commuter periods.
Algoma Central Railway
The Algoma Central Railway operates regular Passenger Service between our depot in Sault Ste. Marie and our northern terminus, 296 miles to the north, in Hearst, Ontario. Our rail line runs through the heart of 22,000 square miles of recreational wilderness called Algoma Country and provides access to numerous lakes and rivers, private camps and cottages and a variety of Wilderness Lodges. In many cases the Railway is the only means of access to this remote region.
Little Bear (Ontario Northland)
The Little Bear connects residents of the coastal communities of Moosonee and Moose Factory to Cochrane, offering year-round passenger and freight services.

The Vancouver Metro, called SkyTrain, is an automated metro in downtown Vancouver and serves the southeastern neighborhoods of the metropolitan area. West Coast Express Rail is a 68 kilometre commuter service from Mission and the Northeast Sector to downtown Vancouver
Calgary Transit
Calgary Light Rail Transit Line. The system is comprised of two lines known as route 201 and 202. The 201 line has a North-South orientation reaching from Somerset/Bridlewood in the South to Dalhousie in the North. The 202 line is East-West oriented starting at Whitehorn and ending at 10 St. S.W. (downtown).

HCR - Huron Central Railway
The Huron Central Railway, acquired from CP Rail, began operating in July 1997 between the northern Ontario centers of Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie along the north shore of Lake Huron.
